JNU Caves: On Campus Adventure

Caves in JNU

Tucked away in the greens of the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in South Delhi are a series of mysterious and inviting caves – which make for an out-of-city experience!

Aptly geo-tagged here as ‘Akele Jaana Mana Hai’, the caves have often been the choice of destination for the JNU Mountaineering Club and also for many a brave-hearts who frequent the campus. The caves have always been popular with the family of the resident faculty members and are indeed a must visit by all adventure seekers!

  1. I have been to JNU campus couple of time and it is a great place. I feel all the colleges should have a quite place with lot of trees. Where exactly is this cave? I never saw it. Though I have seen some rocks here n there but never saw a cave!!

  2. Well, I found out that many people these days are going to the caves on their own [though not alone]!
