Invitation to Book Launch of Our Toxic World
Toxics Link, Sage Publications and Oxford Bookstore cordially invite you to the launch of the first graphic novel on environment in India, “Our Toxic World” – A guide to hazardous substances in our everyday lives. The book will be launched by the well known documentary film maker Krishnendu Bose.
Date: 24 April, 2010 (Saturday)
Time: 5 pm onwards
Venue: Oxford Bookstore, Statesman House, 148 Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110001
The book release will be followed by a panel discussion with Chhanda Bose, Aporajito Bose, Orijit Sen, Sarnath Banerjee and Ravi Agarwal. This will be followed by a Quiz Competition conducted by Aniruddha Sen Gupta where teams of two can win great prizes!
