Delhi Greens Announces Online Summer Internship Programme

As most of you are aware, Delhi Greens is a Delhi based youth led Non-Governmental Organisation set up in 2007 with an objective of promoting sustainable development in the country. Delhi Greens is now launching its Online Summer Internship Programme (SOIP) for engaging the youth from Delhi and across India, in helping green India and in creating more responsible, aware and smart citizens!
The internship will be for a period of two months starting between May 10th and May 20th. More than 80% of the work will be online and we will begin with an orientation programme for all selected candidates. The interns will be trained in understanding the various environmental issues and challenges during the period of the internship. They would be involved in research and campaigning work for the ongoing projects of Delhi Greens.
Eligibility: Students and young professionals between the age 18 and 24 years (as on 15th June 2010) are eligible to apply.
Intake: The maximum intake for the SOIP 2010 is five.
How to apply: Interested candidates can write and send a brief bio about themselves clearly mentioning the statement of purpose for applying for the Online Summer Internship Programme with Delhi Greens. This can be sent to jobs@delhigreens.org
