Job Openings at I-Dream, Environment Education Initiative

i-dream is an environment education initiative set up in October, 2008 working in the field of environment education and training for schools/colleges, energy auditing & carbon footprint calculation and manufacturing of products made from recycled/handmade paper. i-dream invites applications for the following positions under its ongoing project e-waste collection project specifically designed for school students.

1. Project Coordinator: The project coordinator would be responsible for contacting schools, coordinate and hold the workshops in schools and manage setting up of and collection of e-waste recycling bin from the schools. The project is of three months duration from October to December, 2010. The role may be extended beyond three months depending upon the performance of the individual. The remuneration offered would be Rs. 15, 000 per month/- plus a certificate.
2. Freelance Trainers: Freelance trainers would be responsible for conducting the workshops in schools. He/She would be trained as per the contents of the workshop and would be required to deliver the same in an effective manner to the students of the school. The trainer would be required to visit the school as per the schedule given to him/her. The schedule would be shared with the trainer at-least two days prior to the training day. The duration of the training would be 1 hour per school. The remuneration offered would be Rs. 300 per hour + Rs. 200 (for traveling) plus a certificate.

Please note that the project is based out of Delhi/NCR and the candidate must be willing to travel within Delhi/NCR.
