Invitation to Green Walkathon at India Gate on World Environment Day 2011
Let the Sun Rise to a Green Morning at India Gate this World Environment Day!
The Union Ministry of Environment & Forests (MoEF) and the Department of Environment (DoE), Govt. of NCT of Delhi invite every resident of Planet Earth to a Green Walkathon on the occasion of World Environment Day 2011. The Green Walkathon will be flagged off from India Gate at 6.30 am and will go on till Rafi Marg before returning to the India Gate lawns.
Date: 5th June, 2011 (Sunday)
Time: Registration begins at 5.30 am, Walkathon begins at 6.30 am
Venue: India Gate, New Delhi
A walk through the lush greens of India Gate gives an insight to the environment of New Delhi but also reminds of the degrading status of green spaces and environmental resources in the rest of Delhi and the country. The walkathon is also an attempt to reconnect the citizens of Delhi, and all those who join this United Nations (UN) backed walk for a green present and future, to the morning glory of chirping birds, clear sky, fresh air and experience the first rays of solar energy, as it strikes the Planet!
Everybody is invited to this walk for the Planet, and for the survival and sustainability of each one of us! Do come and join in!!

My self Kanwarpal malik working on Global warming in Noida (U.P.) My slogan are grow more trees and plants in own house. If you have a small house and his yard very small so you grow ten plants and you have big house and his space yard big then you grow per house two trees and more. I want your excitement and reach this every body all and follow per Candidates and every member of houses.
