  1. We suggest to add guidelines to use of hazardous PVC Flex to replace with Recyclable plastic materials, Being PVC Flex is used very commonly it is spoiling our nature and health as it releases dioxin when it burnt in general practice. We have Recyclable materials available with various companies which will help to reduce pollution and help rag pickers to earn more from the waste. Currently PVC Flex is totally hazardous and spoiling our air & Water., Use of PVC Flex is very common and needs to have rule on the usage of the same in 2015 plastic waste management draft to keep each city clean and better management of solid waste and plastic waste. You may collect data of PVC Flex been used in each city and how the same waste is difficult to manage due to its poisonous nature., pls do the needful and give guidelines to use recyclable materials for our better tomorrow which will be helpful to next generation.,
