Toxics Link and India International Centre invite all interested to the Seventh Edition of Quotes from the Earth – an Environmental Film Festival. The Festival will be a discursive platform to highlight environmental challenges at the national and international level through films, which are a powerful medium of communication and discussion.
Dates: 2 – 3 December, 2016 (Two Day Event) Time: Opening day time – 9:30am – 7:00 pm, Closing day time – 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Venue: Main Auditorium, India International Centre, 40, Max Mueller Marg, Lodhi Road, New Delhi
The two-day long environmental film festival will bring under one umbrella the persistent and persuasive films from India and around the world. A total of 17 films will be screened on themes of biodiversity, waste management, toxic chemicals and climate change. The films are directed by renowned and award winning film-makers from India and abroad. Entry to the event is FREE.
