The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) of the Government of India, under its National Museum of Natural History invites entries for Painting Competition, Slogan Writing Competition and Poster Making. The Painting Competition and Slogan Writing Competitions are meant for School students while the Poster Making Competition is for College Students. The Theme for all competitions is Clean Air for Clean Environment.

Entries are Invited for the Following Competitions

I. Painting Competition for School Students (Class VI to VIII)
II. Poster Making Competition for Graduate Level Students
III. Slogan Writing Competition for School Students (Class IX to XII)

1. The eligible participants of the Painting and Poster Making Competitions may send one Entry each on Drawing Sheet of size 22 x 15 inch along with 100 words write-up about the theme of the  competition to the following address through speed post or courier:

Room No.- 414, 4th Floor, Block No.- 3
CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003

The eligible participants of the Slogan Writing Competition may send One Entry each on Drawing Sheet of size 15 x 11 inch to the following address through speed post or courier.

On the backside of the entry (Painting, Poster Making, Slogan Writing) Name, Address, Contact No. valid E-mail ID of the participant should be mentioned in Block Letters.

The entry (Painting, Poster Making, Slogan Writing) with Proof of Date of Birth (copy of Birth Certificate / School Certificate), Identity (copy of Aadhaar Card) and authenticated by the Head of the school / college / should reach the following address by 4 pm on or before 19th February, 2018.

NMNH is not responsible for any delay in postal/ courier services and entries received after the last date, i.e., 19-02-2018 (4:00 pm) will not be considered.

A committee of three experts nominated by Ministry will scrutinize the received entries to select best entries for First, Second, Third and Ten Encouragement positions.

Announcement of winners of different competitions: 22nd Feb. 2018.

Prizes in each competition (Painting, Poster Making, Slogan Writing):

1st Prize consist of certificate, medal and trophy
2nd Prize consist of certificate, medal and trophy
3rd Prize consist of certificate, medal and trophy

Encouragement Prizes consist of certificate and trophy
