MoEF to Host Carbon Bazaar 2010 at Taj Mansingh

The Ministry of Environment & Forests, Govt. of India in collaboration with the German Federal Mininstry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and GTZ are organizing Carbon Bazaar 2010. The Conference will be inaugurated by the Hon’le Minister Shri Jairam Ramesh.

The objective of the conference is to discuss emerging issues and challenges in policy framework, carbon transactions and specific sectors. In parallel, this event will offer direct business-to-business meetings between buyers and sellers for projects generating 35,000 to 75,000 CERs per annum.
