Delhi Govt’s Renewable Energy Center Calls for Project Engineers

solar street lightingThe Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Management Centre of the Dept. of Environment, Govt. of NCT of Delhi  invites applications for the post of Project Engineer (four vacancies) from meritorious candidates to join its team on contractual basis, and to assist in implementation of various Energy Efficiency activities & Renewable Energy Programmes.

Those candidates who are Gradute in Engineering/Tech. or equivalent or hold a Master’s degree in science with 60% marks or equivalent grades from recognized university are eligible to apply. Candidates should have 1-2 years experience in formulation/ appraisal/ evaluation of scientific/ technical projects in the fields of renewable energy system & energy conservation and should not be above 27 years of age.

Employment will be purely on contract basis and initial contract would be for a period of one year. The contract may be renewed on an annual basis for a maximum period of two years. A consolidated amount of Rs. 15000/- per month will be paid as remuneration.

  1. Hi, I have applied for the post of Trainee which has been added below the Project Engineer position in their advertisement. I did send the application on 29.9.11 for the post of trainee. Are they recruiting trainee also?Please can u tell me how would i know the status of my application.

    I am recently graduated from the university of Northumbria with master of science in electrical power engineering and Looking for a job in power sector especially in green power sector(solar).I have obtained the knowledge of BIPV also. Can u please guide me to get a suitable job. Thanks a lot
