NITI Aayog Releases Reports on Viksit Bharat and Net Zero

A total of eleven study reports on Scenarios towards Viksit Bharat and Net Zero have been released as part of this event marking India’s first government-led, multi-sectoral assessment of development pathways aligned with climate goals. The studies present findings from an integrated, scenario-based modelling exercise that evaluates how India can achieve the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047 while simultaneously reducing net greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to zero by 2070.
