Delhi Greens carries out different internship programmes from time to time with an objective of engaging the youth from Delhi and across India, in helping green India and in creating more responsible, aware and smart citizens! Most of our interns usually develop a long-term relationship with the organisation and continue to tread on the green path until long after the internship period. Delhi Greens now invites applications for its Summer Internship Programme 2012.

The internship will be for a period of five weeks starting from the second week of June 2012. More than 80% of the work will be online and we will begin with an orientation programme for the selected candidates. The interns will be trained in understanding the various environmental issues and challenges during the period of the internship. They would be involved in research and campaigning work for the ongoing projects of Delhi Greens, which are:

  • Green Citizens Awareness Programme (Green CAP)
  • Green Media Network: Delhi Greens Blog
  • Green Media Network: North East Greens Blog
  • CSR and climate change

(To get details about these and our other projects, please write to contact@delhigreens.org)

Eligibility: Students and young professionals between the age 18 and 24 years (as on 15th June 2012) are eligible to apply.

Intake: The maximum intake for the Summer Internship Programme 2012 is five.
