Delhi Greens carries out different internship programmes from time to time with an objective of engaging the youth from Delhi and across India, in helping green India and in creating more responsible, aware and smart citizens! Most of our interns usually develop a long-term relationship with the organisation and continue to tread on the green path until long after the internship period. Delhi Greens now invites applications for its Summer Internship Programme 2012. The internship will be for a period of five weeks starting from the second week of June 2012. DoE to Host Annual Eco-Clubs Meet & Exhibition

The Department of Environment (DoE), Govt. of NCT of Delhi has been successfully running Eco-Clubs in the schools and colleges of Delhi under the National Green Corps (NGC) programme. These Eco-Clubs are playing an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the future generation. Over 2000 Eco-Clubs have been established in Government, Aided, Private and Public Schools and Colleges in the NCT of Delhi. The DoE provides a token grant to each Eco Club School/College for undertaking various eco-friendly activities during each academic year. From time to time, the DoE also hosts meetings of such Eco-Clubs in order to bring together all the green work and inspire more and more students to come forward for green action.
