The Union Minister for Science & Technology and Earth Sciences, Dr. Harsh Vardhan ‘stands by’ Solar after dedicating the Automated Solar Photovoltaic Module Manufacturing Plant to the Nation at Central Electronic Ltd., in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad on June 03, 2015.

The Minister of State for Science and Technology and Earth Science, Shri Y.S. Chowdary, the Minister of State for Statistics and Programme Implementation (I/C), External Affairs and Overseas Indian Affairs, General (Retd.) V.K. Singh and other dignitaries are also seen.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan express his interest and intent that solar energy production has to be turned into a mass movement in the country.
