Throwback, in Pictures, to Wetlands Day 2020 at YBP

2nd February is celebrated as World Wetlands Day. This day marks the date of the adoption of the Convention on Wetlands on 2 February 1971, in Ramsar city in Iran.

Each year, World Wetlands Day helps spread awareness about the role and importance of wetlands in our lives. The theme of Wetlands Day 2021 is Wetlands and Water. Due to COVID-19 restrictions this year, we throwback to 2020 and share a photo essay showcasing the World Wetlands Day celebrations and speaker lineup at the Yamuna Biodiversity Park (YBP).
