Invitation: My Own S/Pace – A Play by Children, for Everyone

dont have much time these days?

for seeing a child smile…

watching a sun set dressed with a crazy range of palatte

hearing the man on the street play the flute

smell the swaying wild flower along the path

watch the tree bloom full on the roadside

to say goodbye gently in the morning

hear the flutter of wings as the pigeons fly by

or hear the bulbul or koyal sing

to sleep an extra hour without guilt

feel the cool smoothness of the pebble that water took centuries to polish…

to sit down and recall the moments of magic and love

to relish in the after taste …

Chalo while we rush around – some children thought it maybe worthwhile exploring the pleasure of one’s own pace/space..

 

the workshop production – borne off a month of exploring, debating and playing with concepts related to rhythm, pace, destiantions, nature , relationshops, exams , tigers, solar systems and rock stars….
